Put your driving skills to the ultimate test with this NASCAR style racing experience. Real stock cars! Real Speed!

Your racing adventure begins with a classroom session where veteran racing instructors go over how to enter and exit the track, finding the line, the flags used, safety procedures, and much more. By the end, you’ll have everything needed for a safe but mind-blowing driving experience.

Next, you’ll get dressed in racing gear, climb through the window into the driver’s seat and buckle your 5-point racing harness! A crew member will connect the one-way radio to your helmet.

After a thumbs up, start your engine. Through the helmet radio the instructor will guide you out onto the track. They'll work with you on accelerating, braking, passing, and finding your fastest line as you push your driving skills to the limit.

No previous stock car racing experience needed!

Out on the track, it’s just you alone in the race car. How fast you go is up to you! Speeds will vary according to each driver’s individual performance.

You’ll be driving a Late Model stock car. The Late Model’s fiberglass body and strong chassis make them quicker and lighter on smaller ovals than the larger NASCAR style Cup cars used at the bigger ovals.

This adrenaline-pumping driving experience has been designed to give you the experience of driving a NASCAR style race car in a safe and controlled environment. The only question is ‘How FAST will you go?’ This experience is the perfect gift for someone who loves to go FAST!

Highlights:

• Tear around Lonesome Pine Raceway's 3/8 mile asphalt oval.
• Take control of a 400+ horsepower Late Model stock car used in previous professional races.
• Seasoned racing professionals will teach how to drive like the pros do.
• You'll be wearing a fireproof driver's suit, full-face helmet with one-way radio communication, and a HANS Device.

The Cars: 

• The race cars are all equipped with standard transmissions. If you need some guidance operating a standard vehicle the pit crews will help you exit the pit area and get to speed quickly.
• Late Model NASCAR style cars that have all raced in competitions.
• These stock cars cars are designed for racing on smaller, short oval racetracks.

Need to know:

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• The minimum age to drive a race car is 18 years old.
• Ride Along: minimum age is 14 years and they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to the event.
• Minimum height requirement is 5′ tall. Maximum height allowable is 6′ 4″.
• Drivers must be able to climb through a 15” high by 28” wide window that is 35” above the ground. Chest and waist size cannot exceed 52".
• Please wear clothes that will be comfortable beneath the driver racing suit.
• Closed toe shoes are required. The shoes you wear should allow you to feel the gas and brake pedals through the sole. A running shoe or equivalent usually works best (no boots). Open-toed shoes are not permitted.
• This experience is weather dependent. If your racing event is cancelled due to weather, your certificate will be rescheduled for a future date. Refunds cannot be issued.
• You are financially responsible for all damage caused to the car due to driver error. A Vehicle Protection Plan is available for $60.00, subject to a $1000.00 deductible. You can purchase optional insurance at the race car track on the day of your event. Due to the quality of the training and cars, damage is rare, but you will be responsible for any damage to the race car.
