Monadnock Speedway NASCAR Style Driving Experience

An experience gift that will make their dreams of driving like a NASCAR pro come true!

Your thrilling day at the track starts with a driver’s meeting where you will be given instruction on driving techniques, safety procedures and everything you need to know for your racing experience.

Once the driver’s training session is complete, it’s time to put on the full-face helmet and driving suit, climb through the window, slide into the driver’s seat, and get behind the wheel of a real stock car!

No previous stock car racing experience required!

Before you hit the track, a crew member will buckle you into the 5-point racing harness and check your helmet radio. You’ll be able to hear your instructor while you are racing around track. They will be advising you on braking points, changing gears, and coaching you the entire time to get your speed up to an insane level. They’ll get you driving faster and faster.

After a thumbs up, start your engine and soar onto the track when the green flag is waved. It's just you, a powerful stock car and your driving skills taking you to the checkered flag.

The Cars:

• The racecars all have standard transmissions.
• If you need assistance operating a standard car, the pit crew will help you exit the pit area and get up to speed quickly.
• You'll be driving a real stock car that has previously raced in professional competitons.
• The Late Model cars are designed to race on smaller, short oval racetracks. Their fibreglass body and strong chassis make the cars lighter and quicker than the NASCAR style Cup cars used at the bigger ovals.

How fast will I be able to go?

• Real fast! You are driving by yourself in the race car. Speeds vary with each driver’s individual performance.

Need to know:

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• The minimum age drive a race car is 18 years old.
• Ride Along minimum age is 14 years and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Minimum height requirement is 5′ tall. Maximum height allowable is 6′ 4″.
• Chest and waist cannot exceed 52".
• Drivers must be able to climb through a 15” high by 28” wide window that is 35” from the ground.
• Please wear clothes that will be comfortable under the driver’s suit.
• Closed-toed shoes are required. Your shoes should allow you to feel the pedals beneath the soles. A running shoe or equivalent usually works best (no boots). Open-toed shoes are not permitted.
• This experience is weather dependent. If your racing event is cancelled due to weather, your certificate will be rescheduled for a future date. Refunds cannot be issued.
• You are financially responsible for all damage caused to the car due to driver error. A Vehicle Protection Plan is available for $60.00, subject to a $1000.00 deductible. You can purchase optional insurance at the race car track on the day of your event. Due to the quality of the training and cars, damage is rare, but you will be responsible for any damage to the race car.
