Extreme 4 x 4 Off Road Driving Course

This Off-Road driving course is perfect for every skill level! With 420 acres of wooded playground bliss, drivers will master rough terrain on more than 20 miles of off-road trails, with steep climbs, descents, mud holes, and articulation obstacles.

No previous Off-Road driving experience required!

This unique driving experience offers private, personalized instruction. Highly experienced instructors have mastered their skills with years of training to bring you the ultimate 4×4 experience!

• Spring in Un-stored Vs Stored Energy;
• When to Use High and Low Range;
• Weight Transfer and Traction Management;
• Left Foot, Straight Line, and Trail Braking;
• Under-steer and Over-steer Management;
• Winch and Recovery;
• Highly Technical Skills with Quick Reaction Time;
• Ultimate Car Control Management;

When: available year-round

Duration:  The full day courses are from 9:00am to 3:30pm each day with 5 hours driving and 1/2 hour class time per day.

Where:   Florida International Rally and Motorsport Park, Starke, Florida a 1-hour drive from Jacksonville. VIEW MAP

Need to know:

• Participants must have a valid drivers license. Those under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form.
• A driving instructor will be in the car at all times to enhance the driving experience.
• Be sure to wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, and closed-toed shoes. Racing suits are available if needed.
• Rally school vehicles are predominantly manual transmission equipped. If you are not able to use a manual they will teach you how to drive a manual transmission car as part of the course.
• A damage deposit is required for rally cars used in the program unless you have proof of full coverage from your insurance company.
• Beverages, lunch and snacks are included.
• Please note that this experience is dependent on weather. Should your date be cancelled due to weather, your certificate will be honored for a future date. No refunds can be issued.
