Nashville’s Germantown Food Tour

Germantown is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Nashville, north of the state Capitol and across the street from the Bicentennial State Park- an outdoor museum of history.

Your culinary adventure begins when you meet your friendly, knowledgeable guide at Nashville Farmers’ Market where you’ll have your first restaurant tasting. Next, you’ll walk through the Bicentennial Capitol Mall Park, an urban state park in downtown Nashville. Here, you’ll learn about Tennessee’s history and natural wonders including a 200-foot granite map of the state and a carillon of 95 bells.

The tour continues to the brick sidewalks through charming Germantown, Nashville’s first neighborhood. You’ll eat at five delicious restaurants and specialty shops, with a stop for a “taste” of history along the way!  By the end of the Nashville food tour, you will be satisfied and full!

• The tour covers less than two miles. There will be sitting at several venues along the way. Walking will be at a moderately casual pace.
• Children may participate in the tour, but we do not recommend this tour for children under 11 years of age.
