- Reservations are made on-line on the massage providers website after you have activated your Breakaway Experience certificate.
- You’ll reserve a quiet private room designed for couple experiences.
- When you arrive, you’ll call the guest support team and they will let you in remotely.
- The support team will guide you thru check-in, suite access, chair setup, comfort questions, and follow-up — from the moment you arrive right through to the end of the session (All while you are in a private, quiet suite).
- While staff are not on site, they have perfected a simple, but effective method for assisting each client without being in the room.

Need to know:
- When you arrive, you will be let in remotely and the door immediately re-locks.
- The private suites are always locked. You are always able to leave from the inside.
- Staff will guide you remotely during your massage setup.
- You will remain clothed and in control throughout your session. No undressing, no tipping, and no strangers in the room.
- How does the room stay clean? You are provided disinfectant wipes to be assured 100% the chairs are clean.
- The massage chairs are designed to accommodate a wide range of body types.
- There is no strict height limit. Depending on your height, some massage areas may not align perfectly, particularly around the neck and upper shoulders. However, taller guests still receive extensive massage coverage throughout the lower back, hips, glutes, and much of the upper body, making the experience worthwhile for most.
- Your Breakaway Experiences certificate is for 2 people. If you would like to do experience solo / along, you can. The same certificate for 2 can be applied to 1 person (the price remains the same).
