• Reservations are made on-line on the massage providers website after you have activated your Breakaway Experience certificate.
• You’ll reserve a quiet private room designed for couple experiences.
• When you arrive, you’ll call the guest support team and they will let you in remotely.
• The support team will guide you thru check-in, suite access, chair setup, comfort questions, and follow-up — from the moment you arrive right through to the end of the session (All while you are in a private, quiet suite).
• While staff are not on site, they have perfected a simple, but effective method for assisting each client without being in the room.

• Staff will guide you remotely during your massage setup.
